- Prepare 2 of spring roll sheet (semolina sheet).
- It's 1 tbsp of maida for slurry.
- You need 2 of boiled and mashed potato.
- You need 2 tbsp of boiled greens peas.
- It's 1/2 tsp of jeera.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- You need 1 of /4 tsp turmeric powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of garam masala.

Samosa Cone step by step
- First of all make slurry by adding water in maida.
- Heat one spoon oil in a wok and add jeera as it turns brown add all masalas in it and stir.
- Add mashed potato,green peas and raisins and mix nicely.
- Add salt and mix it so that all masalas get incorporated in potato.
- Let it cool down.
- Cut sheet quarterly and apply slurry on the corners and fold it in cone shape..make all cones like this.
- Stuff potato mix in it..
- Dip the potato side portion in slurry and deep fry it till golden brown at medium flame.
- Apply sauce on upper portion and spread sev over it.Sev will get get on it and spread chopped coriander.
