- You need of Fillo pastry.
- It's of Minced meat (500g).
- Prepare slices of Olive.
- It's of Black pepper.
- You need of Salt.
- You need of Cumin.
- You need of Nutmeg.
- You need of Cutted Onion (3 medium sized).
- It's of Fresh green peppers (chilli or not as you like or may be both).
- Prepare of Dutch cheese (200g).
- It's of Butter (50g) with 3 spoonful oil.
- You need of Milk.
- You need 1 of egg.
Fillo pastry with meat instructions
- Add the cutted onion to small amount of oil then after turned to golden colour add the minced meat.
- Then add spinach of black pepper, nutmeg and cumin to the meat.
- Add all ingredients to each other in a dish.. then as the pictures show.
- Between every layers of dough add butter till reach to the half add the ingredients.
- Add cheese then add the other half of dough also between each layers add dutter.
- Finally cutted as the picture and into the oven at 200°c for 5 minutes and then add one egg with spinach black pepper to one cup of milk to the tray.
- Into the oven at 200°c till have golden colour 👍.
