Cheese Aranchini Samosa Balls step by step
- First take water,add some salt,wait for boil,when water boil add soaked rice and cook it..
- Now add mozrella cheese in cooked rice mix well and keep aside for cool.
- For making samosa potato, heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds,now add green chilli paste and turmeric powder and saute.
- Now add boiled potato,chat masala,cumin powder,garam masala powder and salt one by one and mix well and finally add lemon juice and chopped correinder mix well and switch of gas.
- When rice cool down stuffed with samosa flavour potato and make balls.
- Like this make all balls.
- For coating, add corn flour and all purpose flour and mix and coat the balls with this mixture.
- Now add all second coating ingredients in a mixing bowl,add some water and mix and prepare a flowing consistency better.
- Heat oil in deep pan, now take coated flour coated balls,dip in second coating now finally coated with bread crumbs and left in hot oil for fry.
- Like this fry all stuffed balls.
