Ingredients of Chicken Samosa

  1. You need of Minced chicken.
  2. You need of chopped onion.
  3. It's of finely chopped ginger garlic.
  4. It's of to taste Salt.
  5. Prepare of Coriander powder.
  6. You need of chicken masala powder.
  7. It's of red chilli powder.
  8. You need of cumin seeds.
  9. It's of finely chopped green chillies.
  10. You need of Coriander leaves.
  11. You need of Oil for frying.
  12. It's of for dough.
  13. You need of refined flour.
  14. Prepare of salt.
  15. You need of oil.
  16. Prepare of red chilli powder.
  17. It's of carrom seeds.
  18. You need of Water.

Chicken Samosa step by step

  1. Add refined flour in a bowl..
  2. Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix together..
  3. Kneading a soft dough by using water and keep aside..
  4. Heat two table spoon oil in a pan..
  5. Add cumin seeds and let them crackle..
  6. Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent..
  7. Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies in it and saute for some time..
  8. Add salt and pepper, coriander powder, chicken masala powder in it. Mix well..
  9. Add minced chicken in it. Stir fry for few minutes. Add some water and cook it until done..
  10. Switch off the flame. Add coriander leaves in it and keep aside..
  11. Heat oil in a pan or kadai..
  12. Add two table spoon refined flour in a bowl. Add little water in it and make a slury..
  13. Divide the dough into equal portions..
  14. Take one ball from dough. Roll the dough to a thin round shape by using rolling pin..
  15. Cut it in to two halfs..
  16. Make a cone shape and seal it with slury..
  17. Add chicken filling in it. Don't over stuff it..
  18. Spread slury on edges and close it carefully..
  19. Deep fry these samosas on low flame till it become golden and crispy..
  20. It's ready. Serve hot with green chutney..
