- You need of Minced chicken.
- You need of chopped onion.
- It's of finely chopped ginger garlic.
- It's of to taste Salt.
- Prepare of Coriander powder.
- You need of chicken masala powder.
- It's of red chilli powder.
- You need of cumin seeds.
- It's of finely chopped green chillies.
- You need of Coriander leaves.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- It's of for dough.
- You need of refined flour.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of oil.
- Prepare of red chilli powder.
- It's of carrom seeds.
- You need of Water.
Chicken Samosa step by step
- Add refined flour in a bowl..
- Add salt and pepper, Carrom seeds and oil in it. Mix together..
- Kneading a soft dough by using water and keep aside..
- Heat two table spoon oil in a pan..
- Add cumin seeds and let them crackle..
- Add onions in it and saute them till they become transparent..
- Add chopped ginger garlic and green chillies in it and saute for some time..
- Add salt and pepper, coriander powder, chicken masala powder in it. Mix well..
- Add minced chicken in it. Stir fry for few minutes. Add some water and cook it until done..
- Switch off the flame. Add coriander leaves in it and keep aside..
- Heat oil in a pan or kadai..
- Add two table spoon refined flour in a bowl. Add little water in it and make a slury..
- Divide the dough into equal portions..
- Take one ball from dough. Roll the dough to a thin round shape by using rolling pin..
- Cut it in to two halfs..
- Make a cone shape and seal it with slury..
- Add chicken filling in it. Don't over stuff it..
- Spread slury on edges and close it carefully..
- Deep fry these samosas on low flame till it become golden and crispy..
- It's ready. Serve hot with green chutney..
