- Prepare of Stuffing.
- You need of cauliflower.

- Prepare of chopped green chilli.

- Prepare of fennel seeds.
- Prepare of fenugreek seeds.

Aloo Gobhi Samosa step by step
- Cut the veggies properly.... tempting them with white oil and salt. Cooked it with cover for 10-15 minutes and when it will be cooked lil bit then added turmeric powder, cumin powder and Bhaja Masala. Stirring them for few minutes..
- Keep aside for Cooling those veggies. Now make a dough... it'll be lil bit tight dough..
- Rolled the dough like picture...cut it from middle. Make a kone & stuffed with veggies. Sealed it and shaped it like Samosa..
- Fried them into deep frying oil. At last served them with Coriander Chutney & Masala tea..
