- It's 1 bunch of Phyllo Dough (fillo) or Soft Tortillas.
- You need 3 large of Chicken Breast, boiled and shredded.
- You need 1 cup of diced onions.
- You need 1/2 cup of corn.
- Prepare 1 cup of Refried Beans.
- Prepare 2 of Limes.
- It's 1 cup of Cilantro.
- You need 2 tsp of Garlic Salt.
- You need 1 tbsp of Basil.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Crushed red pepper.
- You need 1 cup of Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella Cheese.
- You need 1 of Sour Cream.
- Prepare 1 of Guacamole.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix Chicken, lime juice from 2 limes, onion, corn, basil, cilantro, red pepper and garlic salt. Set aside.
- Grease cupcake tins.
- Take Phyllo dough or Soft Torillas to make cups inside of cupcake tin. Make about 12 cups (or 2 cupcake tins).
- Add Refried beans to the first layer.
- Add cheese as the second layer.
- Add Chicken mix as third layer.
- Cook in oven for about 20 mins. Top with Sour Cream and Guacamole.
