  9. Prepare 3 tbspn of oil.
  10. Prepare 4 of seasoning cubes.
  11. Prepare 1/4 of tspn cumin Powder.
  12. You need 1/4 of tspn Coriander powder.
  13. It's 1/4 of tspn rosemary.
  14. You need 1 of tspn ginger powder.
  15. It's 1/4 of tspn curry powder.
  16. It's 1/8 of tspn black pepper.
  17. It's 1/2 sachet of onga classic.
  18. It's 1 of egg for egg wash.
  19. It's of black seeds.

Crunchy chicken filo cigars instructions

  1. Here are all you need,in a pan add in oil+onion stir fry 10sec then add minced chicken and stir fry for good 3 mins.
  2. Then add ginger and continue for 2 more mins,then add in carrots.
  3. Blended pepper and mix all,continue for 3 mins on low heat then add spices And seasonings.
  4. Soy sauce and bbq sauce,stir fry that for another 3 more mins on low heat.
  5. Then finally add chopped bell pepper and mix well for 1 more min.
  6. And it is done and good to go.
  7. Now our chicken bbq filling is ready our homemade preserve phyllo sheets are ready check my previous recipe to see how d sheets are made. The sheet are in square size and are long so i divide them into 2 long squares.
  8. Take 1 pcs and brush it with water to moisten it more add 1 tbspn of your filling And roll it as shown.
  9. And here it is after rolling,repeat with the rest.
  10. Brush baking traying with oil spray,arrange them and break 1 egg for egg wash.
  11. Sprinkle black seeds(optional) and bake for 20-25min at 250F.
  12. Till golden brownand crisp and here it is done.
