  1. You need of flour(1/4 maida+ 1/4 cup whole wheat flour).
  2. You need of ghee.

Chocolate samosa step by step

  1. Mix ghee and flour and make bread crumbs like consistency, add water and prepare hard to soft dough.let it rest for 15 minutes.(only maida is also fine).
  2. Chop all the nuts and heat ghee in a pan. Add all the dry fruits except raisins.fry them till brown..

  4. Now divide dough into small equal sized ball and roll out into medium thin puri and cut into 2 halves..
  5. Fold it like samosa, put 1 tsp stuffing and seal it from upper part like a samosa..
  6. Fry them in medium hot oil, till nice golden brown colour on low to medium flame..
  7. Let it cool down.
  8. Melt dark chocolate with double boiler method or in microwave..
  9. Add butter, it will give Sony texture.when it melts properly, put samosa into it and cover from all sides..
  10. Coat all the samosa with chocolates or make some design with chocolate on samosa..
  11. Let it settle and enjoy it, kids will love this chocolate samosa, and very good option for weekend treat..
