  1. First heat up the oil, add onion and fenugreek (methi)..
  2. And cook for 2 minutes then add boiled peas..
  3. Cook for few seconds then add boiled chicken..
  4. Add salt, black pepper and red chilli powder..
  5. Chilli flacks, tarmaric powder, cumin..
  6. Carom seeds, green chilli paste and fresh coriander..
  7. Cook for few seconds then add boiled potatoes and mix gently..
  8. Cool completely..
  9. Take samosa sheet, apply sullery and make cone..
  10. Shown as in picture..
  11. Add samosa better apply sullery..
  12. And seal properly..
  13. Heat up the oil and fry samosa..
  14. Until becomes golden brown..
