  7. It's 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of Turmeric Powder.
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp of Coriander Powder.
  10. It's 1 tbsp of Chat Masala.
  11. Prepare 1 of Potato.
  12. You need 1 of Carrot.
  13. It's as required of Beans.

Crispy Mini Samosas step by step

  1. At First, take the Maida and Add a Pinch of Salt to it and Add some Water and make it into a Dough Consistency... Then make them into Small Round Balls....
  2. Then take a Pan and Add some Oil and Add the Onions, Ginger Garlic Paste, Tomato, Masala Powders, Carrot and Beans and Add some Little Amount of Water to it and Close the Lid and let it get Cooked for 5 Minutes... After that, Add the Potato and Fry well....
  3. In between, Take the Maida Dough and make them as given in this First Photo... Then Add the Masala to it and Cover the Left side Part at First and then Cover the Right side Part by Bringing them Together in the Middle....
  4. Then Finally, Cover the Stuffings from the Bottom too....
  5. After that, in a Pan, Add Oil and After it gets Heated, Add our Samosa Pieces to it and after it gets into a Golden Brown Colour, we can take them and our Tasty Crispy Mini Samosas are Ready to Serve Now!!.
