Ingredients of Floral Samosa
- It's 7-8 of Boiled potatoes.
- You need 2 cups of Plain flour.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's 1 tsp of Cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of Mustard seeds.
- It's 1 tbsp of Garam masala.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- It's 3-4 tdsp of Oil.
- You need as needed of Oil to deep fry.
- It's as per need of Water to knead dough.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Boiled green peas.
- Prepare 1/2 tbsp of Ajwain.

- Take plain flour in a bowl and add salt and 4-5 tbsp oil. Knead the soft dough with water..
- Peel and mash the boiled potatoes. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds..
- Add ginger garlic paste and let it turn pinkish. Add red chili powder, garam masala and turmeric powder.
- Add the potatoes and salt to it and mix well. Add green peas and coriander leaves.
- Take small part of the dough and roll it into a thin roti. Cut it into square shape..
- Bring all the four corners in the center and flip it on other side..
- Place the potato masala at center and again bring the four corners to the center..
- Again flip it to other side and bring the center at the corners..
- Hold each corner and press the petal with inner corner to join them..
- Heat oil in a pan to deep fry the samosas. Fry it till golden brown..
- Serve hot with tamarind chutney..
