  1. Prepare 300 gm of Boneless Chicken.
  2. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black pepper powder.
  3. You need 1 tsp of Paprika powder.

  5. You need 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste.
  6. It's 1 tsp of Light soy sauce.
  7. You need 1 cup of onion finely chopped.
  8. It's 1 tbsp of Sriracha sauce.
  9. It's 2 tbsp of Ketchup.
  10. It's 1 cup of diced Mixed Bell peppers.
  11. Prepare 1/2 cup of corn.
  12. You need 1/2 tsp of Chili flakes/Crushed red peppers.
  13. Prepare 2 tbsp of vegetable oil + oil for deep Frying.
  14. Prepare 4-5 of samosa sheets/ Filo Pastry Sheets.

Fajita Parcels step by step

  1. In a bowl, mix chicken with black pepper powder, paprika powder, fajita mix, ginger garlic paste and light soy sauce..
  2. Marinate for an hour..
  3. Heat a wok, add in the vegetable oil, once heated add in the chopped onion and saute for a minute..
  4. Add in the marinated chicken in the wok and saute till it changes the colour, add a little water if needed, cover and cook till completely done..
  5. Once the chicken is done add in the bell peppers, corn and saute for a minute, add in the ketchup and sriracha sauce cook for one more minute then take it off the flame..
  6. Divide your sheet into two strips, and arrange the sheets on top of the other in a plus formation..
  7. Add the prepared mixture in the middle, apply flour slurry on the sides and then fold in the sides to make a square, covered from all four sides..
  8. Heat oil in a wok for frying the parcels. Fry till golden on both the sides. Serve when done. or bake in a preheated oven at 180° C for 20 minutes till they are golden brown..
