Ingredients of Frozen Samosas
- It's 1 & 1/2 cup of Shredded chicken.
- You need 1 cup of chopped cabbage.
- It's 1 cup of chopped capsicum.
- You need 1 cup of chopped carrot.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's as required of samosa sheets.
- You need 1 of green chilli.
- You need 1 tsp of white pepper powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 tbsp of oil.
Frozen Samosas step by step
- Heat oil and put ginger garlic paste cook for 3 mins..
- Then add chopped veggies and cook for 8 mins then add shredded chicken and white pepper powder + chopped green chilli + soya sauce and mix it well and cook for sometime.Remove from heat and let it cool..
- Take samosa sheets and fold samosa as shown in picture..
- Stick edges with maida + water paste.make all the Samosa's.
- Take air tight container and place Samosas in it and keep in freezer for upto 1 month.Whenever you want to eat just remove from freezer and put in hot oil and fry untill golden brown..
