- You need 2-3 of Phyllo sheets.
- It's 1/2 cup of Chedder cheese.
- It's 1/2 cup of melted butter.
- Prepare 1 cup of Spinach Mince (cooked).
- You need 1/2 cup of Mozarella cheese.

- I have used 2 phyllo sheets.for filling I used cooked palak Qeema (spinach mince). You can use any other filling if you like..
- Mix mozarella & chedder cheese in palak qeema well..
- Spread 1 phyllo sheet & cut in 4 squares.spread one square brush butter then place other square over it brush butter then 3rd& 4th square & brush melted butter generously over it.phyllo sheets are super thin & might easily break when being dried so brush butter generously..
- Place filling inside sheet & roll it. Roll sheet then put again some filling.this way roll till last.brushing with melted butter at each rolling..
- Place this roll over another sheet & bast with butter then roll again. Hr baar jab roll krain tu butter brush krain.iss sy sheet ko stick hony main bhi help hoti hy..
- Grease baking tray with butter.place the roll in tray. Bake in preheated oven for 20 min at 180°c..
