- You need 125 gm of oil or ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of ajwain.

- You need 1/2 tsp of jeera.
- Prepare 1 tsp of coriander powder.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilli powder.

- It's 1/2 tsp of dry mango powder.
- You need as needed of Chopped green coriander.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare as needed of Oil for frying.
Samosa step by step
- Mix salt, ajwain and oil in maida and make a bread crumbs like add water in batches and knead a stiff dough.
- Cover it and let it rest for 10-15 mins.
- Heat oil in a pan and add jeera as it sputter add green chilli, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mashed potato.
- Mix it well and add salt, garam masala and dry mango powder.
- Mix it nicely and at last add chopped coriander and let it cool.
- Take a lemon size ball from dough and roll it in a thin roti cut it into half.
- Apply water on edges and fold it like cone.
- Stuff potato in it and seal it by pressing it.
- Make all the samosa like this.
- Heat oil in a wok and deep fry samosa at medium flame.
- Enjoy it with green chutney or sauce.
