- Mix ingridients of patti n make stiff dough. cover it with cloth n Allow it to rest for 1/2 hr..
- Grind ingredients under for grinding masala. Heat oil in a pan n add spices of potato masala n roast on slow flame for 1-2 minutes. Now add grounded masala into it n roast for 1 minute. Now add boiled, peeled n mashed potatoes n mix well. Switch of the gas n allow it to cool completely..
