  1. Start with cooking the rice, in a heated pot add oil, roast desired nuts untill golden in color, then remove from pot.
  2. Add chopped onion and stir until transparent, add meat stir until meat changes in color, then add peas stir for a while.
  3. Add rice, add salt and spices stir well untill all ingredients combined together.
  4. Add water, bring to a boil, cover the pot and keep at low heat until rice is well cook and dry from water.
  5. Keep cooked rice aside to cool.
  6. Pick up a bowel of your choise to form the filo dough in, bruch it with melted ghee.
  7. Cut the filo dough to squares (with respect to your bowel).
  8. Now start bruching each filo dough square with melted ghee.
  9. Assenbl filo dough squares in the bowel (keeping edges out side).
  10. Add roasted nuts, then a good a mount of cooked rice mixture.
  11. Wrape the filo dough over eachother to close completely.
  12. Remove dough from bowel and place it on a baking try.
  13. Repeat the same steps untill your desired wraps are done.
  14. Bruch Quzi wraps with melted ghee and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius ، until they are golden brown and crunchy.
