Hat shaped samosa step by step

  1. Boil some water And add maggi for boiling.
  2. Heat a pan add oil, garlic, onion when it becomes light brown in colour add cabbage &carrot, salt then add magic-e-masala then add boiled maggi and maggi masala after 2minutes stuffing is ready.
  3. Take all-purpose flour add carom seed, salt, oil then mix it &make a stiff dough. Take some dough make a thin roti add stuffing and shaped it like a hat and fry it. Then it ready to serve.
