Vegetable samosa step by step

  1. Wash your cabbage,carrot,bell pepper and onions and grate or chop.
  2. Heat oil,add the vegetables and stir fry then season with spices and salt..
  3. Turn off heat,transfer into a bowl and allow to cool.
  4. Mean while,roll out your sheets,spread on your samosa maker,fill the holes with vegetable filling.
  5. Use a small art brush and apply water or egg wash on the edges of each hole..
  6. Use another sheet to cover.Close and cook for 3 minutes on a gas stove.
