- It's of Cabbage.
- You need of Carrot.

- Prepare of Ginger powder.

Vegetable samosa step by step
- Wash your cabbage,carrot,bell pepper and onions and grate or chop.
- Heat oil,add the vegetables and stir fry then season with spices and salt..
- Turn off heat,transfer into a bowl and allow to cool.
