- You need 2 cup of wheat flour.

Cheese Corn Samosa instructions
- Take a bowl and add wheat flour, salt, malai, oil and mix it well.
- Add water step by step and make a semi soft dough and give it rest for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Take a bowl add carrot, capsicum, coriander, chilli ginger paste, garam masala, amchur powder, chat masala, salt, black pepper and mix it well.
- Now add Cheese and mix it softly.
- Now make roti out of the dough and cut it into two halves and add mixture on both halves and close it in samosa shape.
- Now fry it until golden brown and then serve it with Chutney.
