- To make samosa dough take a bowl & add salt, ghee in the flour.Mix or rub the ghee into the flour until it is well incorporated..
- Add water gragually into the flour & make a smooth but hard & tight dough.Cover the dough & let in rest for 20-25 mints..
- For chicken stuffing-.
- Cut the boneless chicken into small chunks.Wash them properly..
- Then marinate it with salt, ginger- garlic paste, black pepper, chilliflakes, oregano, garam masala powder, vinegar about 20 to 25 mints..
- Take oil in a pan,add finely chopped onions & stir fry it till golden brown..
- Add the marinated chicken pieces & cook till the water dry..

- Knead the dough again for a mint & divide it into equal small balls..
