- Prepare of green chillies finely chopped.
- Prepare of Salt & black peppercorns powder.

Cheese corn patti samosas step by step
- Coarsely grind boiled sweet corn, finely chopped green onions and green chillies.. keep aside..
- In nonstick pan,add/ heat oil,add chopped green chillies and chopped green onions,saute for one minute..
- Add coarsely grinded boiled sweet corn,mix and saute for few mins..off the flame,add salt and black peppercorns powder to taste.Cool the mixture completely...add grated cheese..mix gently.Cheese corn filling is ready..
- Make maida paste for binding.Take one strip of samosa patti..fold from one edge..as shown.. apply maida paste on folded side..as shown..
- Fold again.. apply maida paste,again fold..to make cone shaped..add 2 tbsp of prepared cheese corn filling in it..as shown..
- Cover and fold..seal the edges with maida paste... prepared all triangular shape patti samosas in similar manner with remaining filling & samosa pattis..or make square shape patti samosa..by cutting the strips into 4 parts...hortizontally & vertically in middle...placing cut strips into plus sign..in center placing 1 tbsp of prepared cheese corn filling...and covering clock wise & sealing the sides and edges with the maida paste..
- Deep fry all prepared cheese corn filling patti samosas in hot oil on medium flame till crispy and golden brown.Serve & relish hot cheese corn patti samosas with coriander chutney and tomato sauce..
