Ingredients of Samosa
- You need For of chicken filling.
- It's 1 cup of Chicken boiled n shredded.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Corn boiled.
- You need 2 tbsp of Peas frozen /boiled.
- It's 1 of Chopped onions.
- Prepare as per taste of Salt.
- It's 1 tsp of Black pepper powder.
- It's 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Corn flour.
- It's 1 tbsp of Coriander.
- It's 1 tbsp of Oil.
- You need For of potato filling.
- Prepare 2 small size of Boiled and mashed potatoes.
- It's 1 tbsp of Peas frozen.
- It's 3 tbsp of Green capsicum chopped.
- Prepare 2 of Garlic chopped.
- It's as per need of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Green chilli paste.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Black salt.
- It's 1 /2 tsp of Haldi powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Dry mango power.
- Prepare 1 tsbp of Oil.
- You need 1 tbsp of Coriander leaves.
- It's As required of Samosa Patti /sheets.
Samosa step by step
- Now firstly preparing the chicken filling by taking oil in a pan add the green chili paste, saute onions till little pinkish then add ginger garlic paste, salt n black pepper powder, and add the boiled chicken lastly make a slurry with cornflour n water and add it to the chicken. Cook for 2 mins with continuous stirring and the filling is ready..
- Add coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl and keep aside..
- Now boil potatoes and then peel n mash it, it add peas frozen haldi powder, and salt and keep it ready to temper them..
- Take oil in kadai add garlic chopped then the capsicum saute iit and cook till it is dissolved. Add green chili paste salt coriander powder to it then these mashed potatoes mix it nicely then add black salt n dry mango powder n coriander leaves. Keep it ready..
- Now take the Samosa leaves /sheets / Patti(, make slurry from the flour and water to use as glue to stick the samosas) fold it by holding a corner into triangle then opposite folded part pick it up bring it on the unfolded part it forms a pocket keep filling inside..
- Again completing the triangle by holding the top angle and keeping on the unfolded part making another triangle..
- Apply the sllurry and pack it nicely into samosas..
- Now you may also make square shaped samosa/parcels by taking 2 sheets placing one over the other with the center parts over other and sides opposite..
- Now put a filling in the center and close it alternately flapping one corner over other. Seal it nicely and parcels are ready.
- These can be stored in freezer for a month. Fry the samosas into oil until golden and then enjoy with chutney, ketchup etc.
